Membership and Dues
Annual dues of Farmbrook Community Association are $100 per year (barely $8 per month) and cover the cost of landscaping and maintaining our grounds, entrance signage and landscaping, cul-de-sac landscaping, signage, lighting, a variety of social events for adults and children, Charity Guild for neighbors in need, website support and more. Board members all volunteer their time to help make this a beautiful and enjoyable neighborhood, so 1005 OF your money goes back into beautification and enjoyment of your community. WHAT A DEAL!
Members who are current in their dues are also provided EXCLUSIVE ACCESS to the resident directory, social events, inclusion on graduation signage, and classified adds.
We encourage all residents to pay dues online by logging in to our community website and visiting www.farmbrookjohnscreek.org/payments/pay?id=1290552406 . If you prefer to pay the "old school" way, checks may be provided to Erin Hayes (information below).
