Farmbrook Estates Swim and Tennis

Use of the Farmbrook Estates swim and tennis facility is limited to due paying residents of the Farmbrook Estates section of Farmbrook.  Use of the Estates facilities for neighborhood social functions is permitted when in compliance with "Group Activity Guidelines" as may be provided by the Estates HOA.

A yearly membership to the swim and tennis facility can be purchased by a resident not living in Farmbrook Estates. If you would like to inquire about joining the Farmbrook Estates swim/tennis community, please contact a member of the Estates BOD for more information.

Pool Rules

The following pool rules are posted inside the pool gate.  Please note the pool is open from 8 am until 8 pm. NO LIFEGUARD ON DUTY!  Please do not swim alone – solo bathing is prohibited for your safety.

Tennis Court Rules

These rules are for the benefit of all homeowners. They are intended to protect the facilities and provide enjoyable recreation.

1. No roller skates, skateboards, bicycles, etc. are permitted inside the tennis court area.

2. Leave the courts clean after each use. Empty cans and their lids, dead balls and soda cans etc. should be placed in the garbage receptacle outside the tennis court gate.

3. Please be sure that the gate is locked after each use. Do not prop the gates open.

4. All persons using the Tennis Court facilities do so at their own risk. The Farmbrook Estates HOA will not be responsible for any accident or injury to members or guests nor for any article which is lost, damaged or stolen. Homeowners are responsible for their guests.

5. Due to debris and pest problems, no food or glass containers are allowed.

6. No pets are allowed in the tennis court area.

7. The courts are for residents and their guests only. Guests may not play unless accompanied by a resident with a key at all times. No resident shall have more than three guests at any one time.

8. Tennis pros may only teach or coach homeowners/residents unless arranged through the Farmbrook Estates Board (i.e. non residents approved for lesson groups with need to pay a seasonal non-resident fee in order to use our facility).

10. Proper tennis etiquette is required when other players are waiting. Court waiting time for singles will be no longer than 60 minutes. Wait time for doubles will be no longer than 75 minutes.

11. No articles, advertisements for sale, etc. shall be posted or exhibited in the tennis court area without authorization by the Board of Directors.

12. The Association has the authority to restrict the use of the recreation facilities to anyone who does not comply with the Tennis Court Rules.
